Communicate from the start. Communication is key.

As a Client what is the best for you in regards with your photo shoot.

The list can be endless. So we will keep it a simple and basic as we can.

Finding a photographer;

1. Find someone close to where your location is. Be it your school, venue, place you like, wedding chapel, church or your home. This will help all parties involved by reducing the chances of being late. Caught up in traffic, road block, flat tyre, engine over heating etc.

2. Ask for samples of the photographer’s style. Check the samples to see if it meets everyone involved in the photos needs. Please note the people in the photo or the person they are intended for needs, not the person who is a bystander. YOUR DESIRE.

3. Book the photographer long before the time. Do not leave it for the last minute

4. Discuss what you are looking for openly with the photographer, discuss the colours of the function, colours of clothes, colours of flowers. The more a photographer knows the better.

5. Contract ask for a contract, it is your right. That way you are securing what you are asking for and the photographer is securing their side of the deal.

6. Time – as a client you are paying for a service which is booked. Do not be late you, depending on the photographers schedule, for example you might lose one hour out of the three hours which you paid for.

7. Be fresh, moisturise your skin, have clean clothes, consider taking extra clothes. Be Vibrant, relax, enjoy the memories you are going to Capture forever.
